MOCK SUN SHARE ‘SOUP SPOON’ VIDEO IN ADVANCE OF SINGLE RELEASE

Wilkes-Barre-based lo-fi psychedelic pop outfit Mock Sun will release a new single, “Soup Spoon,” on May 20, as well as a video for the song. The song will be included on a new album, which is set to be released this summer.

While the video won’t be officially released until May 20, you can check it out right now here:

Mock Sun will play an early single-release show on Sunday, May 15, at the River Street Jazz Cafe. Also on the bill are Scotland’s The Spook School, Brooklyn’s Lauren, and Spur.

Mock Sun was formed in 2013 by Mark Wohl and Jami Kali, and in 2014 they added Mark Dimirco and DJ Tasselmyer. They released a pair of EPs and two live albums before putting out their first full-length album, “Hungry Mother,” in 2013.
