Sir Chloe, the musical project of Dana Foote, continued its climb with a highly anticipated pair of shows at Music Hall of Williamsburg last weekend. The group, which has shared stages with Beck, Phoenix, Pixies, alt-J and Portugal. The Man, was clearly in its element during Saturday’s sold-out show.
Last year, Sir Chloe released its full-length debut, “I Am The Dog,” on Atlantic Records.
Sir Chloe came together for Foote’s senior thesis in college. The band’s early standout song, “Michelle,” was written on the floor of her dorm room.
Sir Chloe will perform at The Fillmore in Philadelphia on Thursday, April 18.
