PEACH FESTIVAL ANNOUNCES SCHEDULE

peach schedThe schedule for the second annual Peach Music Festival at Toyota Pavilion at Montage Mountain has been released.  The festival begins Thursday, Aug. 15, with a free night of kickoff sets, and wraps up Sunday.

The acts will perform on the Peach Stage (main amphitheater stage), the Mushroom Stage (water park stage) and the Grove Stage.  Highlights include two nights of the Allman Brothers Band (Friday and Saturday at 9:30 p.m.), two nights of Bob Weir & Ratdog (Friday and Saturday at 7:15 p.m.), Brunch with Bobby Weir at 1 p.m. Sunday, and Sunday night headliners The Black Crowes at 5:30 p.m.

Local acts Cabinet and Miz will return after last year’s main-stage performances.  Cabinet will perform Thursday at 10:45 p.m. with guest Mike Mizwinski of Miz and again at 2:15 p.m. Saturday, with both sets scheduled for the Mushroom stage.  Miz will perform at 6 p.m. Friday on the Mushroom stage.

New to this year’s Peach is the Grove Stage, which will feature a slew of acts, including locals Coal Town Rounders, Panked! DJs, Charles Havira and Tom Graham.

Other acts at this year’s festival include Grace Potter & The Nocturnals, Railroad Earth, Royal Southern Brotherhood, Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe, Rusted Root, Gov’t Mule and Jaimoe’s Jasssz Band.
