MENZINGERS SIGN TO EPITAPH

The Menzingers, formerly based in Scranton, have signed to Epitaph Records.

The Hollywood label, founded by Bad Religion’s Brett Gurewitz, boast a roster including Social Distortion, Weezer, Frank Turner and Rancid.

“These guys play the kind of pure punk rock that I grew up with,” Gurewitz said in a press release. “They are seriously talented songwriters and I’m happy to welcome them to the Epitaph family. I think the band is a great fit here.”

The Menzingers play the First Unitarian Church in Philadelphia Thursday, May 19 along with Northeastern Pa.’s Title Fight, who recently released their full-length debut for SideOneDummy Records, and Touche Amore.

The Menzingers have previously toured with high-profile acts like Anti Flag and Against Me!
