Rising star Bella Kay sold out Brooklyn Steel last week in advance of hitting even larger venues as support for Noah Kahan in the UK and Gracie Abrams in the US next March.
In July, Kay released her debut album, “My Reckless Abandon” following a breakthrough year in 2025, when her first single, “The Sick” went viral with 2.6 billion TikTok views and more than 210 million streams. In Februay of this year she released an EP titled “a couple minutes out,” which included the track “iloveitiloveitiloveit,” which earned an American Music Awards “Songs of the Summer” nomination, landed on the Billboard Hot 100 and garnered more than 445 million streams and 3.3 billion TikTok views. Billboard declared the song “within reach” of a Grammy nomination for Song of the Year.
Her headline tour continues this week in Colorado before Pacific Northwest and West Coast dates starting next week. Her UK and Ireland shows with Kahan will begin in November. In March she’ll open for Abrams in DC and Montreal.
