RYAN ADAMS SHARES NEW SONG, “DOOMSDAY”
In advance of the Feb. 17 release of his new studio album, “Prisoner,” Ryan Adams has shared the third track from the record, “Doomsday.” It made it’s debut on Zane Lowe’s World Record show and can now be bought or streamed here.
Prisoner’s two previous singles have generated consistent and enthusiastic raves: The latest issue of Rolling Stone hails Adams’ performance on first single “Do You Still Love Me?” as “vocal firepower that recalls Foreigner’s Lou Gramm,” while USA Today named second pre-release track “To Be Without You” Song Of The Week in its December 30-January 2 edition.
Adams has also confirmed the first dates of the Prisoner Tour, which will begin after his Jan. 21 solo appearance on “A Prairie Home Companion.”:

My Morning Jacket, with special guest Gary Clark Jr., will perform for the first time at Forest Hills Stadium in Queens on July 15. MMJ says it will be its only New York performance this year. Tickets went on sale Friday, Jan. 27.
