PETE YORN SHARES ‘REAL GOOD LOVE’ IN ADVANCE OF NEW ALBUM LATER THIS YEAR

Pete Yorn released a new single, “Real Good Love,” on Friday (listen here and watch the visualizer here). Yorn wrote the song with Josh Gudwin, who produced it, and Michael Pollak. It marks the first release for Yorn since January’s “Someday, Someday.”

Gudwin is known for his work with pop stars such as Justin Bieber, Dua Lipa and Sabrina Carpenter.

It has been a productive first half of 2024 for the singer-songwriter, who performed on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” and “Good Morning America” to promote “Someday, Someday,” and last week was joined by Liz Phair at his Chicago show for the song “Relator.” Yorn has several live shows coming this fall, including at the XPoNential Festival in Camden (Sept. 20) and Racket in New York City (Sept. 25). The Racket show will follow on from an intimate, sold-out show in the city earlier this year at the McKittrick Hotel that was his first NYC performance in four years.

Yorn will release a new album later this year. Last year, he made his acting debut in the Martin Scorsese film “Killers of the Flower Moon.”
