Singer-songwriter mxmtoon delighted Brooklyn Bowl on Thursday with her first show since she moved out of New York last year. Supporting the November release of her latest album, “Liminal Spaces,” she also performed songs from pervious releases and peppered the evening with personal stories, connecting with a crowd that included many fans that had been to her shows before.
The Oakland-born, Nashvile-based artist has collaborated with massive pop stars like Carly Rae Jepsen and Noah Kahan. On April 15 she’ll begin a European tour with London singer Bea and Her Business.
