PHILADELPHIA — Thursday night’s Cabinet and Floodwood was highlighted by a collaboration between the two bands during Cabinet’s set. Floodwood members Al Schnier (who, along with Floodwood drummer Vinnie Amico is a member of moe.), Nick Piccininni and Jason Barady sat in with Cabinet during “Nashville Blues” and “54-46 Was My Number.”
Both bands played at this year’s Peach Festival at Toyota Pavilion at Montage Mountain.
Cabinet will opens for Railroad Earth at the Sherman Theater in Stroudsburg on Friday, Nov. 29. After the second night of RRE’s annual Thanksgiving weekend “Horn O Plenty” run at the Sherman on Saturday, Cabinet will perform at an afterparty just across the way from the venue at the Sarah Street Grill.
Hanging with Cabinet was no doubt awesome !! Some down to earth musicians !! Looking forward to the next time…check out Triumph brewery in New Hope if possible !!! Nice intimate venue ! Thanks for an awesome show !!
