Nashville indie rockers Moon Taxi performed at Brooklyn Steel on Oct. 24 in support of their fourth album, “Let The Record Play,” released at the beginning of 2018.

“Drawing just a little from their trad rock/jam band past, the group’s major-label debut is a bigger, bolder, and decidedly more pop-centric affair than its predecessor, pairing electro stadium beats with easy hooks and breezy island rhythms, suggesting Vampire Weekend by way of Imagine Dragons and11 Maroon 5,” AllMusic says in its review.

Moon Taxi will kick of a run of southern shows on Dec. 20 at the ACL Live Annual Christmas Show in Austin and hit North Carolina and Georgia, with a New Year’s Eve show in Nashville.
