Cabinet returns to the F.M. Kirby Center in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., this weekend for a pair of hometown holiday shows in the theater’s Chandelier Lobby. A special VIP experience is available for a limited number of ticket buyers that will include: early entry to the venue, access to the Cabinet Chandelier Lobby Christmas Carol-oke Happy Hour, an exclusive VIP Lounge, a limited edition Christmas ornament and more. Additionally, all pre-sale and advance ticket buyers will receive a free digital copy of each night’s performance, and VIP ticketholders will get their copies a week before everyone else.
Tickets are available through the Kirby Center box office, online at www.kirbycenter.org and charge by phone at (570) 826-1100. Saturday’s show is sold out.
The band is touring nationally to support its most recent studio album, “Celebration,” sharing stages with the likes of moe., Keller Williams and Infamous Stringdusters.
Besides the Kirby run, upcoming Cabinet shows include Dec. 29 and 30 Elk Creek Cafe & Aleworks in Millheim, Pa.; New Year’s Eve at Ram’s Head Live in Baltimore, opening for Infamous Stringdusters; and Jan. 6-14 on Jam Cruise 14, along with Galactic, Dr. John, Trombone Shorty, Anders Osborne, Marco Benevento, Soulive, Karl Denson, Joe Russo’s Almost Dead and more.
