BRENDAN BRISK BAND: FROM BLUES ROOTS TO ‘INDIE JAM’

The Brendan Brisk Band, a self-described indie jam quartet from Wilkes-Barre, Pa., released a new 6-song EP, “Never Everywhere,” on Feb. 10. The band has been expanding on its earlier work as a blues group as it blends elements of soul and r&b with improvisational rock.

We recently chatted with the band members about their difficult to define sound, what they do at band practices, working with producer Matt Molchany at Shards Recording Studio in Bethlehem and how signing up with Astrology Days Records has opened doors.
