The three-day New Orleans-style music, food and camping festival will be celebrating its 26th edition, and will feature 24 bands on four stages playing cajun, zydeco, funk, delta blues, New Orleans r&b, brass and gospel music.
Other notables on the bill include George Porter Jr. & the Runnin Pardners, Marc Broussard, Raw Oyster Cult, Sister Sparrow & The Dirty Birds, New Orleans Suspects, Kermit Ruffins & the Barbeque Swingers and a Sunday gospel performance by The Matt Angus Thing with Anthony Morgan’s Inspirational Choir of Harlem.
Food selections — all priced at $10 or less, according to a press release — include Arnone and his Crawfish Krewe’s own pork sausage and chicken jambalya; boiled crawfish; oyster, shrimp, catfish and hot roast beef po’ boys; crawfish bread; crawfish etoufee; and red beans and rice.
